A real estate company needed a new website to list their properties online. They wanted a modern and easy-to-use platform where users can browse, search, and filter properties. The client also wanted the website to be fast and mobile-friendly, so their customers can access it anytime and anywhere. I was hired to build a custom solution using WordPress.
The Challenge
Before working with me, the client struggled with:
- Generic themes – most ready-made themes did not fit the business needs and were hard to customize.
- Limited property features – they needed more advanced property listing options, like custom fields, filters, and search.
- Slow website – the old website was slow and not optimized for mobile devices.
- Difficult content management – updating property listings was complicated and time-consuming.
My Approach & Solution
To solve these problems, I developed a highly customized WordPress theme and plugins tailored for real estate listings. I focused on making the website simple to use for both the client and their customers. I built custom post types for properties, added advanced search and filter features, and made sure the website loads fast on all devices. I also made the admin area easy to manage so the client can update listings without hassle.
